Fleet management for a welfare organisation
For the local branch of a welfare organisation, we developed fleet management software. In it, the branch manages its fleet vehicles with mileage, billing, workshop appointments and the statutory TÜV inspection. This way it keeps an overview of every vehicle.
Inventory management for a fashion wholesaler
For a fashion wholesaler, we developed a custom inventory management system. With it, the company manages master data and orders with pre-orders and delivery programmes, issues invoices and invoice corrections, handles returns, keeps track of stock and generates reports.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom software cost?
The cost depends mainly on the scope: the number of features and user roles, interfaces to other systems, the platforms such as web, iOS and Android, and the requirements for design and security. After the free intro call and the analysis, you receive a proposal, either as a project with an agreed scope and price or with a monthly budget of hours.
How long does development take?
That depends on the scope of the project. We set the timeline in the concept, together with the individual stages. Because we develop in steps, a first usable version can go live before the full application is finished. Your team can work with the software while further features are being built.
Web application or app from the store: which suits us?
A web application runs in the browser on any device and needs no installation. That suits most internal tools and customer portals. An app from the App Store or Google Play pays off when it makes heavy use of device features such as the camera, location or working offline, or when your customers use it every day. In the intro call we recommend what fits your use case.
Do you look after the software after launch?
Yes. Once the project is complete, you can book maintenance, security updates and further development through a monthly budget of hours. Both founders know your project. If one of them is on holiday or ill, the other takes over and knows the software just as well.
Can you build AI into our software?
Yes. We build AI features such as image recognition or assistants directly into applications. In eTurn, for example, AI recognises number plates in photos. If you wish, we run language models locally or in a German data centre, so your data is not passed on to third parties. You can find more under AI solutions.
How do you handle data protection and security?
Both founders are data protection officers certified by TÜV NORD. That is why we build data protection in from the start: an application collects only the data it needs, access rights follow roles, and if you wish, we run the software in a German data centre.
