We analyse your workflows, show where AI takes work off your team and implement it with data protection in mind: from choosing suitable AI systems to running language models on your infrastructure or in a data centre in Germany or the EU.
BIST Consulting maps your workflows with the people involved, models them in BPMN 2.0 and shows which steps can be automated or supported by AI.
BIST Consulting develops custom software for companies: web applications, apps, websites and interfaces between your systems. Both founders take your project from the first sketch to operation themselves.
BIST Consulting builds and maintains web shops on Shopify and WooCommerce for companies. Whether you are launching a new online shop or developing the one you have, we set it up, design it to match your brand and remain your dedicated contact after launch.
Besides consulting, we build applications of our own: the AI chatbot SOPHAI, which answers from your own data, the dictation software Trype and eTurn for vehicle preparation companies.
SOPHAI is BIST Consulting's AI chatbot. It answers questions on your website from your own content: web pages, documents, FAQs and product data. It names its source, shows matching products and takes enquiries. In a console, your team manages its knowledge and sees what visitors ask.
Trype is BIST Consulting's dictation software for Windows, macOS and Linux. At a keyboard shortcut, Trype records, recognises speech with a model on your computer and writes the text wherever the cursor is.
eTurn is BIST Consulting's management software for vehicle preparation firms that work for car rental firms at airports and railway stations. It covers the whole operation: check-in, turnaround, billing and staff planning, with its own view for every role.

BIST Consulting works for mid-sized companies, mainly in Hanover and Lower Saxony, and for organisations in social care and culture. Since 2018 we have advised more than 20 clients, among them Geomapping, Degener Verlag, ars mundi and FCR.
